Check your spam folder first, then wait a few minutes and try again. If it still does not arrive, contact support and include your account email.
You can request deletion from the app in Profile > Settings, or use the dedicated account and data deletion pages on our website.
Use the in-app report option on posts and profiles. You can also email us directly with details and we will review it as quickly as possible.
Our usual response time is no more than one hour during active support hours. Complex issues may require additional follow-up.
