Welcome to Tembera ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

To provide you with the best experience, the App requires certain permissions and collects specific types of data:
- Location Data (Coarse and Fine)We collect your device's location to provide location-based services, such as showing relevant places around you on the map and helping you navigate. This data is only collected when you grant us explicit permission.
- Camera and Media FilesWe request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to upload profile pictures, share travel experiences, and post media within the App. We only access the photos and videos you explicitly choose to share.
- Usage and Device DataWe may collect device identifiers and usage metrics (such as crash reports and interaction data) to improve app performance and send essential push notifications.

Tembera features a community feed where you can share moments, photos, and reviews of places. Please be aware that any content you post to the community feed is public and can be viewed by other users. We reserve the right to moderate, review, and remove any content that violates our community guidelines. You can also report objectionable content or users directly within the App.
5Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our App (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and notification services), under strict confidentiality agreements.
6Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
To delete your Tembera account, use the account deletion page. To delete your app data without deleting your account, use the data deletion page. Both requests are verified with a confirmation code sent to the email on your account.
In the Tembera app you can also go to Profile, then Settings, and tap Delete account.
7Security of Your Information
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
