Delete your Tembera account

Permanently remove your Tembera account and the personal data linked to it.

This page is for Tembera users who want to delete their account without using the mobile app. We verify every request with a confirmation code sent to the email address on the account.

How to request this in the Tembera app or on the web

  1. Enter the email address used for your Tembera account on this page.
  2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit confirmation code from Tembera.
  3. Enter the code on this page to confirm account deletion.
  4. Alternatively, in the Tembera app go to Profile, Settings, and tap Delete account.

Data removed

  • Account profile, username, email, and sign-in credentials
  • Saved favorites, device notification tokens, and saved location preferences
  • Posts, comments, likes, and community content you created
  • Reports you filed or that targeted your account

Data kept

  • No personal account data is kept after deletion is confirmed.
  • Limited server backups may exist briefly for security and disaster recovery before automatic expiry.

Deletion is processed as soon as you confirm the code. Backup copies, if any, are removed on our normal backup rotation within 30 days.
